Subject: Preparation of volunteers to fight in Syria
We would like to inform your Excellency that we have prepared 1,800 volunteers from Western African and North Africa Arab countries, to go and fight in Syria. After having completed their military training for combat and training on handling heavy and light weapons, particularly in the training sites at Zentan, Benghazi, Al-Zawiya and Misratah.
We recommend sending these groups from the Libyan ports in three separate expeditions to the Turkish ports, bearing in mind that these groups will be ready by the end of next week.
Please keep coordination with the Turkish authorities to receive them at the appropriate port and keep us informed on the exact dates to start this process.
Please give the utmost attention, awaiting your approval.
